Texas Secondary maintains a blanket P-5 Bond and can act as a visible or invisible contract operator handling all facets of oil operations. Such operations can be conducted either under its own name or in the name of its customer. This arrangement can be especially effective for investor -oriented operations when the oil company does not want to invest in a P-5 bond or be bogged down with field operations. Texas secondary can also act as a contract pumper. For the record, Texas Secondary is privately owned and has no investors.
